Blink 182 set to play at Glastonbury 2010?

Blink 182 punk rockers wowed theirs fans early 2009 when they announced they would be reuniting, and going on tour across the globe. Personally, Blink 182 are a band that I believe will never get old; their music still reminds me of early teen years, and “the good old times”. Their psych and energy is something I’d certainly like to see live, and the news of this tour really got me quite excited.

However, I got even more excited when I heard that they were a prime candidate for the Glastonbury 2010 lineup. They revealed on MTV that they were looking very likely for both Reading/Leeds 2010, as well as Glastonbury 2010. A deleted tweet on their twitter also hinted strongly that they would be headlining – however nothing more has been said.

I for one would love to see these guys headline G 10, so lets hope these rumours prevail into something with a little more substance.
