the creobroter shed its skin this morning and i'm 99.9% sure its a boy... either that or the urbanus sub sp is REALLY small hehehe

i had to take my g/f to work and it was still unfurling its wings, they were nearly as long as its body by then, still a bit translucent but an orange eye spot was starting to form on it just as i left

its quite small but very pretty, at least i wont have to worry about re-housing it!

yeah i thought for a horrible minute that it had a bad shed cos as it was pushing out of its old skin its wing buds looked a bit ragged and were pointing outwards, but they started to inflate and unfurl like a very slow banner, they were semi transparrent still when i left for work but the colour was starting to show, i'm sure he's very hungry by now, but i wont be able to get any food to him til 8pm
