looking to purchase in Canada

Wondering if anyone has forsale or info on who is selling oothacae or nymphs in Canada. Also can anyone tell me if it is as easy as applying(and being accepted) for a 'permit to import plants and other things 'to be able to order outside of Canada. I had a great experience with 14 Tenodera (chinese mantis) last summer. My last female just died a few days ago.( 9mns old). So I would really like to try a different species this time (any advice on the next mantid choice). I already have wingless fruit flys ready to be eaten.
