Congrats Matt! Although, these chinese have been like pests in my life...I'm sure you'll feel the same in a couple of week :p
After about 3 days, introduce some fruit flies into the enclosure. Make sure you separate them out to minimise stress, otherwise you will see a lot of fatalities. Just try and get them in batch of about 20...if you CAN. If not, then just be prepared to loose a fair few.
Keep us updated with how you get on.

Yea, that's I did. I found huge fatalities with these if they were kept in larger groups. In fact, the highest survival rate was when they hatched loose in my bug house, and I just left them to it. Put a few fruit fly cultures around the place, and they lives on the walls/plants/windows.

Right well i've started splitting them up, they're very uncoperative aren't they lol.If only I could let them loose in my house lol, not sure my mum would be happy about it though. I might let a few loose in my main Anoles cage.

Pet shops will buy a couple, but really you will get a lot of deaths.
I think filipino was referring to baby spiders there (slings I believe is the term for a "spiderling"), maybe he meant nymph? :)

Yeah I was planning on selling them on eBay. I must think of a cunning plan to make people buy mine lol;)... I'll probs just advertize everywhere lol:).

Yeah I thought he meant something like that. I'll have to ask my local pet shops but I doubt they will take nymphs.
If only I had a full room to fill with mantids...

Most of them have started eating today:). A few ate yesterday after about 8/10 hours after hatching, but I only gave them a few to see if they would.
