Shipping and Returns

All live insects are sent via Royal Mail Next Day Delvery, to arrive the day after dispatch, before 1pm. Postage for these is charged at £5 per order. I have set the following postage terms on all orders:

- Photographic evidence must be given of dead or injured stock.
- All refunds must be claimed within 24hrs of dispatch..
- Customers overseas are not able to claim a refund.
- If your order arrives after the specified date, you cannot claim a refund. This is the fault of the postal company.
- In between the months of november 1st, and april 1st, refunds cannot be given.
- An extra £5 can be added to parcels overseas, for recorded or faster delivery. Otherwise, standard postage rates are charged. Postage to the US and Europe can take up to 7 working days. We cannot be held responsible for failure of recieval.

Ootheca or other dried goods will be dispatched by Royal Mail First Class Signed for delivery.
